Had great stay for a weekend of rugby, the staff were polite, location was magnificent close to metro which goes to airport terminals. Our family room with tea and coffee making equipment, a work desk, and TV was modern.

A good option for an overnight prior to a morning flight from Heathrow. Small room, small price, good location near West Hounslow tube, friendly manager, but pretty basic. Not great for a longer stay.

The family running this Hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is just a minutes walk from the tube station which was perfect for getting in to London. Although initially unsure of the area my concerns were quickly dispelled and we had a very lovely stay. The off street parking was particularly useful and this was lit over night which offered extra security.
The decor is a little dated but perfectly serviceable.

Though far from central London, yet was located close to Tube Station and market. It was an old house converted to a lodge. The staff was very nice and helpful. Backyard of the house was also good.
The rooms were very very small and was difficult to stay in along with your luggage. Bathrooms were made inside the rooms, too congested, with no place to hang even towel or place your tooth brush. There was no arrangements for food in the lodge. I had to stay one night as I had already booked it through Booked.net but left the next morning. The worst thing was the demand of owner for one day extra rent as they claimed that Booked.net will charge them 25% of the money.

I can honestly say the inn keepers for this lodge really cared about my opinion. They moved my family from one room to another in order get us better wireless reception. They wanted to be at the front door when we left. For a family hitting London during Wimbelton week it was a reasonable set of accommodations at a reasonable price. The location of the hotel was just down the street from a tube station about 45 minutes from downtown London. It was also very convenient to Heathrow Airport.
I have stayed in three hotels in the outskirts of London over the last 10 years. All of them had relatively small rooms. The Firs was no exception. We had a room for four which was great, but the bathroom was more like a closet.

Value was fair/poor because it was Wimbeldon week and all Hotels were fully booked.

Convenient location for Heathrow. Also very close to a tube station. The room was OK for a 1-night stay and ticked all the important boxes for me. In particular, it had off-street parking and didn't charge for this. Helpful staff - the guy at the reception carried my suitcase upstairs.
The rooms, including the bathrooms, are old and in need of refurbishment, but then the price would increase. My room faced away from the road, but otherwise it could be noisy from the traffic.

It was next to the underground, Picadilly Line, which makes it useful to get to the city centre. People at the hotel was helpful and breakfast was delicious: full English breakfast.
It needs some painting in the rooms.
